About Stephen Kagwathi Githii

Based at Africa Nazarene University's School of Business, Stephen works with executives, teams, and academic institutions who are ready to lead with clarity, empathy, and purpose. He is a passionate advocate of active, participatory learning where learners own their transformation journey.

Since 2017, Stephen has served as an international Senior Design Thinking Coach for Impact Week, leading multi-country experiential innovation bootcamps across emerging markets to develop native, context-aware frameworks.
